Need to use custom dictionary for contextual speech |

The speech needs to be contextual since the end of the phrase may be more
important to listen for. The dictation engine needs to be used unless the
command and control engine can be made to be contextual with the grammar.
Can the Microsoft Speech API load a custom dictionary for the dictation
engine?
How is a predefined dictionary of terms implemented with no other phrases?
