Hi,

Demo'ing the free version and it worked first time with Dialler.exe.
However in Outlook2003 or ACT2008 I can initiate calls and the other party rings and picks up.
However no audio when then do. The PC speaker stays silent and the other party cannot hear me.
The only difference I can see is that Dialler.exe has settings for audio whereas Outlook and ACT do not.
Interestingly I cannot access the "Line Properties" from Outlook for this (I can for other TAPI devices)
Likewise I when I press "Setup" in the dialler properties in ACT nothing happens (but again does for other TAPI devices)

Any ideas.

Simon,

thanks for evaluating TERASIP.

At the moment, TERASIP requires that the application connects the
audio devices. The Windows Dialer does that while Outlook doesn't.
We are planning an "Auto-Speakerphone Mode" which means that
you can select a record and a playback device in the TSP settings
and the TSP will handle the audio.
Please hold on for a while, more news coming soon!

To configure TERASIP you need to go to Control Panel >> Phone and
Modem Settings >> Advanced
