Hi, Can some one help me with what is the best / most straight forward equipment I need to purchase to do the following.
1. on an incomming line have an IVR that gives 2 options opt 1 speak to an operator opt 2 do somthing automatically.
now if they select opt 1 I need to dial the voice line and opt 2 requires them to stay in the IVR loop. The IVR side is no problem as I understand the Teravoice software does all of this, its just the hardware side of things im a little lost on. Can a normal voice modem do this or is it more specialised.
Advise please!
Kind Regards

Voice modems often do not provide very good audio quality and/or DTMF detection. We highlgy recommend using some better hardware. For opt 1, you either need to
- initiate a call transfer to transfer to an operator - let TERAVoice call the operator and connect the two calls
For the first case you need hardware that supports call transfer, for the latter case you need hardware which supports full-duplex mode. Please see our hardware compatibility list for hardware with these features:
