Dear Supporter,
I have a Intel Dilogic D/300SC-2E1-120 card.
I have installed the Terasens Free Version.
There is an error when starting server as below:
"No TAPI-Devices were selected. Exiting."
Could you please tell me what is meaning?

Hi,

you must first select the devices you want to use with TERAVoice under
"Hardware" (right-klick and select Properties) in the Administration
console.
There you place a checkmark before each device.

If the device list is empty or the desired device does not show up, please
make sure that the appropriate TAPI drivers are installed.

With Dialogic, the TAPI TSP (and the Wave driver) must be installed
separately,
did you do this already?

Dear Sir,
You are right.
I have installed the TAPI for COMISDN Driver. But there is new problem as below:
When doing righ-click to telephony Hardware properties, It only indicated "Loading TAPI Devices". It keep it long time.
I did not know what is happening.
Could you please tell me why?

Hi,

are you running from a terminal server session? In this case the device list
remains empty in some cases and you must log on to the computer directly.

When you open Windows Phone Dialer (Run >> Dialer.exe) >> Edit >> Options,
do you see the devices listed?

Are you sure that all the Dialogic services are started? Please contact me
at  support @ terasens.com, I will send you a tool for further testing.

remains empty in some cases and you must log on to the computer directly.
No. I control it directly.
2.When you open Windows Phone Dialer (Run >> Dialer.exe) >> Edit >> Options,
do you see the devices listed?
Yes, I see 30 chanels there.
3. Are you sure that all the Dialogic services are started?

I am not sure because I only use the DCM to start my card.

Could you please guide me more?

Hi,

did you install the Dialogic Wave Driver? It must be installed manually.
If it's not installed, TERAVoice might not list the devices because it
thinks
it doesn't support audio.
