Hi,

I've just installer the trial-version of TERAvoice 2004, but it's not answering my calls. I assigned a mailbox-handler to the one modem I have (Intel V92 HaM Data Fax Voice), but the monitor only shows 'Idle - Waiting for call'.

I looked in the log-file and saw the following lines at the time I made a call:

15-1-2008 13:40:20        0        TapiEvent: TE_CALLSTATE (CS_DISCONNECTED,CEC_DISCONNECT_BUSY) 11185287

Can anyone explain what this means and what's wrong?

I'm also running Isa Server 2006 on the same machine, so maybe that's the problem.

Amelsfort,

the error means that another application already has opened the modem, so
TERAVoice can't use it for answering calls.

Please check if there are other applications installed that might use the
modem.
Please also check:

- the fax service (is it configured to use the modem, is it installed?)
- the RAS service (is it enabled? is it configured for incoming modem
connections?)
