Hello Josef,

we have received your mail and replied to you, but the problem is that
your (or your provider's) mail server do not accept mails.

All your license number and activation e-mails are still on queue on our
mail-server but cannot be delivered. Here is a log of the SMTP session
when trying to send an e-mail to you. Please forward this e-mail to your

Please check this with your provider, it seems it is blocking e-mails for an
unknown reason. Our servers are not listed in any spam or open relay
database, so it seems that your provider's servers must be misconfigured
in some way.
