we have received your mail and replied to you, but the problem is that your (or your provider's) mail server do not accept mails.

Please check this with your provider, it seems it is blocking e-mails for an unknown reason. Our servers are not listed in any spam or open relay database, so it seems that your provider's servers must be misconfigured in some way.
