Remote Monitor Error

I get an error when I attempt to view the remote monitor.

ActiveX component can't create object
ErrNumber: 429
ErrLine: 340


Plus, I can't have to manually hang up calls that are stuck.
I need a way in the software to reset the modem.

In case this error reoccurs:
Could you please indicate component and module that is displayed in this
error message?
I guess you have installed the monitor on a remote computer. Does this error
also occur if you do a full install of TERAVoice and try to monitor the
remote computer?

Right-click the monitor node and select "Restart TERAVoice".
